In Spain, Barcelona secured their 29th LaLiga title with Robert Lewandowski claiming his third Spanish championship. Portuguese defender João Cancelo made history by winning titles in five different top-5 leagues – becoming the first player ever to do so across Italy, England, Germany, Spain and Portugal.

Italy's Serie A saw Inter Milan dominate with seven ex-Bundesliga players in their ranks, including goalkeeper Yann Sommer, defender Manuel Akanji and striker Marcus Thuram playing key roles. The Dutch PSV Eindhoven also featured a significant contingent of German-league alumni, with Ivan Perišić and Ricardo Pepi leading an offensive that secured the Eredivisie title.
